Walbridge and Devon Industrial Group coupled to provide design-build services for the $51.5 million Towers Residential Suites-Residence Hall at the heart of Wayne State University.

The complex features two nine-story wings and an 11-story center section, offering views of the entire campus. The residential portion features seven types of single-, two- and four-bedroom suites that include shared living spaces and private bathrooms.

The building features wireless technology, social and study lounges, kitchenettes on each floor, multiple fitness and laundry facilities, a Barnes & Noble bookstore and a 400-seat café dining area. Walbridge Concrete Services provided extensive concrete work on the project.
