Joe Castellano is Senior Vice President at Walbridge and serves on the Board of Directors.
Joe has been an active member of the construction industry for more than three decades. Beginning his career as a field layout engineer, Joe built a solid foundation of success as a project engineer, superintendent, project manager, project director and general manager. Throughout his career, Joe’s focus has been on executing industrial projects within the power generation, water and waste, manufacturing and process industries.
Since joining Walbridge in 2005, he has played a key role in delivering complex projects and leading high-performing teams. Joe began his career in 1989 and has held leadership roles in estimating, operations, and project management.
He is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineering, the American Wind Energy Association, IMPACT, the Master Builders Association-Pittsburgh, The Association of Union Contractors (TAUC), the Ironworker Employers Association, and the Penn State Alumni Association.
