DETROIT, Mich. – For the 14th consecutive year, Walbridge is among Metro Detroit’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For®.
The Michigan Business and Professional Association (MBPA) named Walbridge to the 2016 list which recognizes the “most influential, trend-setting companies across the country and regionally in focused programs.” Recognition is based on several categories including communication, work-life balance, employee education, diversity, recognition and retention.
Feedback for the awards comes directly from employees.
“It’s truly exciting to be named to this list for 14 consecutive years,” Walbridge Senior Vice President Terry Merritt said. “This award highlights the innovative culture we have at Walbridge and the passion employees have for their work.”
Walbridge is celebrating its 100th year of operations, after beginning work in March 1916. Headquartered in Detroit, the company employs roughly 1,000 employees.
