Across our jobsites and offices, we’re committed to supporting the people and places around us through meaningful partnerships, local involvement, and hands on service. Our efforts focus on three core pillars education, family, and community development, allowing our teams to make a difference where it matters most.
Education
We believe supporting today’s youth helps build a stronger future for our industry and our communities. Through partnerships like Winning Futures and the Detroit Cristo Rey Work Study Program, we help provide students with mentorship, real world experience, and opportunities to grow both personally and professionally. These initiatives give our team members the chance to invest time, knowledge, and support in the next generation.
Family
Strong families create strong communities. We support organizations that provide safety, stability, and resources to individuals and families during critical times. Our involvement with partners such as HAVEN, Avalon Healing Center, and S.A.F.E Place helps support access to shelter, healing services, and essential assistance for people in need.
Community Development
Beyond education and family focused initiatives, we’re committed to giving back to the communities where we live and work. From participating in our bi-annual Team Olympics (focused on company-wide community involvement) and supporting Life Remodeled, to organizing Toys for Tots drives and hosting local jobsite events, our teams proactively lead efforts in their local communities, creating a direct and lasting impact.
