As part of a University of Michigan Parking and Transportation Services, Walbridge served as a general contractor in bringing a 278-space parking addition to the west side of the Thompson Street Parking Structure.

The $12.7 million project included 8,600 gross-square-feet of office space and support space for the departments of Parking and Transportation Services and the Office of Budget and Planning; as well as demolition of an existing parking services office on the south end of the structure, the space of which was converted into 875 square-feet of enclosed bicycle parking and storage.
