Walbridge served as construction manager of the University of Michigan School of Public Health demolition, renovation and expansion project. The work brought 126,000 square-feet of new addition and 70,000 square feet of renovation.

The seven-story tower addition houses modern laboratories, wet labs, large instructional space, student and faculty interaction areas, offices, and a café area. The $57 million project included converting existing areas into office and dry lab space and modernizing building systems, including mechanical, plumbing, electrical, roofing, air conditioning and life safety systems.
