Walbridge provided Denso International America, Inc. with construction management services for a building addition to an R&D facility, a new receiving building, and revisions to an existing parking lot.
The R&D facility expansion consisted of a 48,000-square-foot, two-story addition including areas for bench testing, vehicle prep, an anechoic chamber with service pit, an environmental chamber with dynamometer, and miscellaneous office support. Site revisions included new branch lines for underground water, storm, sewer, fire protection and gas utilities; as well as added parking areas and restriping.
