TAMPA, Fla. – The Pinellas County Schools Board of Education has selected Walbridge’s Florida Group for two school upgrade projects totaling $11.3 million.
Walbridge was awarded construction manager-at-risk contracts for both jobs: a $10 million HVAC replacement project at Tarpon Springs Middle School and a $1.3 million renovation of the Pinellas Technical Education Center at St. Petersburg Preschool Children’s Center.
The Florida Group was selected based on its past performance of meeting aggressive schedules and completing work within strict budgets on Pinellas County Schools projects.
