Walbridge a Finalist for National Safety Award

DETROIT— For the second time in four years, Walbridge has been named a finalist for the Associated General Contractors of America’s Construction Safety and Excellence Award.  Walbridge is one of three national finalists who will compete in the Building/ 1,000,000-4,000,000 work hours category. After an oral presentation, a panel of judges will select the top safety program category winner which will be announced at the AGC's 91st Annual Convention and Pavilion March 17-20. 

 

The AGC Construction Safety and Excellence Awards (CSEA) recognizes companies who have developed and implemented excellent safety and loss prevention programs achieved through management commitment, employee involvement, and program innovation.

 

Walbridge’s innovative safety program has won hundreds of national, local and project safety awards in the past ten years, and the company was named one of America’s Safest Companies by Occupational Hazards magazine. 

 

Walbridge was nominated by the AGC of Michigan.
