Pending final negotiations, Detroit Public Schools has selected a Bond Program Manager joint venture team to oversee the district’s $500.5 million School Construction and Modernization Program to build eight and renovate 10 schools over the next three years.
Walbridge joins one of the nation’s largest minority-owned educational program management and construction management firms, Brailsford and Dunlavey and the country’s third largest educational planning and architectural firm, Fanning/Howey Associates, Inc. in overseeing the facilities program.
