Walbridge has been named one of Metropolitan Detroit’s 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For by the Michigan Business and Professional Association for the seventh consecutive year. Winners will be recognized at a symposium and awards luncheon on Thursday, October 29, 2009 at the Dearborn Inn, a Marriott hotel. MBPA will also present 11 elite awards at the annual event. Walbridge received a 2008 elite award for its communication practices.
Winning companies are selected based on the following categories: communication, community initiatives, compensation and benefits, diversity and multiculturalism, employee education and development, employee engagement and commitment, recognition and retention, small business, recruitment and selection and work-life balance.
