Internship Program
Several Walbridge senior executives and general managers began their careers as interns with Walbridge. We offer intern positions in engineering, estimating, construction management, safety, information technology, accounting and marketing. Practical on-the-job training opportunities include the application of lean, quality and safety fundamentals.
Whether in the office or on the job site, interns learn about estimating, scheduling, cost management, safety, field operations and business practices– gaining valuable experience in all aspects of construction. It doesn’t matter in which area you work; you’ll feel a part of the Walbridge team.
At the end of your internship, you’ll understand how each member of the team contributes to the project’s success, from interns to senior management, every job is important. So ask questions, get your hands dirty, take responsibility, be ready for anything and join the Walbridge internship program.
Cooperative Program
Walbridge offers paid cooperatives for students enrolled in engineering, construction management, business and information technology programs with accredited colleges and universities. We provide related work experience, for talented young employees in their fields of study, with the prospect of full-time careers upon graduation.
