Expert Teams
Walbridge’s greatest strength is our people; and, our success is a direct result of the work of these dedicated teams of professionals. Our experienced and involved management is made up of former project managers, estimators and superintendents; they are leaders who understand both the building and business side of the industry.
Our expert teams have shared histories with high levels of trust and respect as well as strong communication skills. We select each project team with care, balancing experienced professionals with emerging talent, while carefully considering personalities and synergies. As a result, our teams spend less time learning to work together and more time focusing on customers’ needs.
Every Walbridge project team is led by a committed project executive. Project executives are more than names on organizational charts; they are actively involved at jobsites, constantly communicate with project teams, and are readily available to respond to clients’ needs and concerns.
Quality communication is imperative both on and off-site. Walbridge uses the latest tools and technology to ensure communication doesn’t end when the team clocks out. Laptop computers, web-based project management programs, wireless handheld devices, and innovative communication technology are used to consolidate information and provide real time updates, which are available to all team members around the clock.
Staff training is ongoing: both in the classroom and on the job. Our project leaders are trained coaches, continually passing their experience and know-how on to the next generation of leadership.
When the best way to tackle a project is with a strategic partner, we search for joint-venture partners that share our corporate values and provide lasting, rewarding working relationships. These collaborative partnerships are systematically and methodically approached.
At Walbridge, ultimately, every team and project approach is structured to provide customers with the most value for their project.
Walbridge passion for cost control is the difference between saving money and adding value.
