TAMPA, Fla. – The Tampa Bay Business Journal has announced that Walbridge is a finalist in its 2016 Best Places to Work Awards program. Walbridge is one of 15 finalists in the “Bigger” company category.
A total of 60 local businesses have been nominated as finalists in four categories: “Nearly Big,” “Big,” “Bigger,” and “Biggest.”
Employees of nominated companies were asked to complete an online survey conducted by Quantum Workplace, a Nebraska company that uses scientific-based tools to measure and manage employee engagement, loyalty and retention. Responses were compiled and evaluated. Companies were ranked and finalists were chosen in one of four size categories according to their overall composite score.
Scores and rankings will be announced at an upcoming awards ceremony.
